The Role
Here at Highertown Vets, we are looking for a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join our team. You will become a member of our very experienced veterinary team, providing a superb standard of care to our many lovely patients and clients. We can be very flexible with the number of days you will work each week. Usually, it would be 4 days per week working between 15-30 hours. There will be 1 in 4 Saturday mornings included. There is no out of hours with this role. The salary will be up to £55,000 depending on experience.

We are situated in the beautiful city of Truro in Cornwall; on the doorstep of the most spectacular coastal and countryside scenery the UK has to offer. The beaches are second to none and access to water sports and outdoor pursuits is unsurpassed You will be the fourth member of our Veterinary Surgeon team. We have 2 Registered Veterinary Nurses, 2 Student Veterinary Nurses, 2 Receptionists, and a Practice Manager. One of our Vets is a Cert SAM holder and we also benefit from regular visits by a Cert AVP SA Cardiologist.
Applicant Requirements
We would be looking for a qualified and, ideally, experienced Veterinary Surgeon, however, a confident and competent new graduate could be considered. An interest in Diagnostic Imaging would be desirable.
