Field Performance Manager (DS)
Location: Canwick, LN4 1EF
Type: Permanent
Hours: 07:30 – 17:00 (45 hours per week)
Salary: Up to £35k + Car/Car Allowance

Role:

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Team Leader/Supervisor looking for their next opportunity to develop their managerial & leadership experience within the utilities/construction industry.

As Field Performance Manager (FPM) you will work closely with Project Engineers, Highways Authorities and Developers to plan, organise and support field resources in the day-to-day framework operations across several programmes/schemes in the Northern Anglian region.

You will manage your Development Services (DS) teams appropriately, enabling them to run an efficient and effective operational area within the Integrated Metering Developer Services (IMDS) framework; one of three frameworks within Clancy and Anglian Water’s integrated alliance.

In DS we provide new connections to new build property and onsite connections to larger building projects, as well as replacement supplies to existing properties.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

The work for our DS Field Performance Manager’s is varied and challenging, and a past history in the water industry is required, as well as most, if not all the following criteria:

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to confidently manage stakeholder engagement/customer service
  • A demonstrable working knowledge of the Streetworks & Traffic Management acts
  • NRSWA Supervisor qualification is highly desirable
  • Computer literate across a range of MS applications
  • Full & valid Driver’s License is essential
