As a direct result of business growth, we are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Linesman’s with good knowledge of HV / LV overhead networks and extensive experience working at heights, to join our friendly team in Sunderland, supporting our client, NPG.

You will be supported by your mate to carry out your role efficiently, ensuring health and safety compliance at all times.

Work to DSR regulations and practices
Responsible for quality outcomes at all times
Carry out all relevant testing procedures and document results
Provide accurate asset records detailing works carried out
Conduct dynamic site specific risk assessments on all works
Ensure site is left compliant for other trades and general public
We are keen to see applications from first aid trained and NRSWA accredited candidates, with an industry approved accreditation (Live working accompaniment), who have prior DNO experience, specifically working at height using mobile elevated work platforms.
An IPAF and Pole Top qualification is important, as is experience of working with various cable types.

Although not essential it would be an advantage to have Linking and Fusing authorisations, Fault Management authorisations, PILC and CONSAC cable experience.
