The Role

  • Working directly with clients to understand their needs and aims and to turn these into media plans which can be activated and executed flawlessly by the planners under your guidance
  • Looking to add strategic value in every engagement where possible. Deliver insight led reports to clients to assist in evolving the media approach and build learnings and optimisations to make campaigns better
  • Managing and supporting junior members of the planning team to ensure media plans are delivered effectively and that key insights are fed back to the business
  • Following processes and procedures that have been put in place for effective delivery of campaigns, performance reports and finance reconciliations to meet client expectations
  • You

  • You will have at least 2+ year experience working at a media agency as a media planner/buyer or account executive. This will give you the experience to support junior colleagues and clients
  • Excellent communication skills, able to build trust and rapport with colleagues and clients
  • Ideally some prior management experience of colleagues or supervising their work
  • The ability to identify opportunities and build strategic recommendation alongside specialist business units to grow revenue within your group
