We are currently recruiting for a Technical Helpdesk Operative who not only has experience in dealing with end users, but also has the knowledge base to assist with solving tickets as they are raised. We are looking for the ‘right’ person, not just a specific background as your passion for technology is just as important as your technical skills.

For this role you will need to have the ability to determine how systems need to be configured for user groups to access data, and quickly pick up how to go about these configurations. You will be able to recognise and identifying trends and improvements on the different applications and relay these findings to the appropriate department.

From the first point of contact, you will be responsible for liaising with our clients, taking ownership of your calls and updating the client on progress whilst communicating with third parties to resolve IT issues. You will need to have experience in managing system configurations within a similar role. You will also have strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel for data analysis and be familiar with Service Desk Ticketing systems such as FreshService. You must have excellent attention to detail and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. We are looking for a logical minded person who thinks on their feet and trouble shoots issues with confidence. In this role you will be required to train users on the different systems and any upgrades or changes that occur. You will oversee integrations in projects that involve changes/updates to our current system and manage data integrity of multiple internal databases.

This role will be based in our new offices in Leeds, a busy energetic open space with free on site car parking.
