Community Integrated Care is recruiting for full-time Advanced Support Workers for two services in Tullibody.

Service 1:  You will be supporting a gentleman with complex Autism and mental health concerns. Prior experience of supporting individuals with complex Autism is vital and experience with PBS would be highly desirable.

Service 2:  You will be supporting a number of individuals with complex mental health concerns to transition from long-term hospital into living in their own homes For most of these individuals, this will be their first experience of having their own home, so it’s a really exciting time! Prior experience of supporting individuals with complex mental health concerns is highly desirable.

The rate of pay for these roles is £12.80 per hour and we offer a competitive benefits package.

About You

The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 in Social Care and strong experience in supporting people with mental health concerns or Autism and Sensory communication. If you do not have this qualification, you need suitable experience.

We are looking for people who are disciplined and pay attention to detail. You will need to have excellent communication skills and be a team player and be a brilliant mentor sharing your skills and experiences with your colleagues. You will also have a can-do attitude and be able to use your own initiative.

We will develop your talents with a range of specialist training, including the opportunity to learn Positive Behaviour Support methods, Makaton, and the Picture Exchange System.
