Are you passionate about building inclusive communities? ReConnect Gloucestershire is looking for a Groups Development Coordinator to support and expand peer-led groups for stroke survivors, individuals with aphasia, and those with long-term health conditions.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and support peer-led groups to foster connection and independence.
- Build partnerships and engage the community.
- Organise activities and fundraising initiatives.
- Support referrals and monitor programme impact.
Who We’re Looking For:
- A strong communicator with excellent organisational skills.
- Someone with experience in community work, social enterprise, or volunteer management.
- A proactive and compassionate individual with a passion for inclusion.
