Careers with Disabilities enables jobs for disabled people by providing information, support and connection for disabled jobseekers and inclusive employers. Our mission is to encourage equal employment opportunities for all disabled people across the UK.
Careers with Disabilities was established as part of a solution to support the disabled workforce following the impact of the pandemic. The primary focus of the website is to provide up-to-date information and employment advice for disabled people and employers. We also provide a practical means for inclusive employers to connect with disabled jobseekers through our specialised jobs board.

We ensure recruitment and selection is inclusive and that employment opportunities are made available and accessible to all. We enable this through providing a flexible recruitment process which includes the use of technology and making reasonable adjustments.
