THE ROLE

Medacs Global Group (MGG) is currently recruiting for a Project Support Officer to support Project Managers and implementation teams and will include planning and coordinating project activities, scheduling, reporting and document control.

Here’s some of the key responsibilities:

* Act on occasion as an Assistant Project Manager on projects, taking responsibility for the delivery of predefined tasks
* Support existing and develop improved document management systems and processes
* Support the implementation team during the transfer and with client training our user guides
* Provide business expertise to allow for a smooth implementation and operational delivery
* Conduct training to new members internally and externally
* User acceptance testing of platforms to ensure at the start of each release that they have been fully briefed and understood the brief for the deployment
* Test new functionality to ensure that findings, concerns, proposals are de-briefed back to the project team each day
* Be flexible to meet needs of business (varying locations and times for business support)
