About the role

We are now recruiting for a Neighbourhood (Lettings) Administrator on a permanent basis.

You will be there to provide administrative and front line support to the Lettings Team.

You will be working collaboratively with the Locality Teams and Customer Accounts Officers to ensure that the Lettings targets are met, relevant checks are completed, and legal documents are accurately prepared.

You will need to provide an excellent service to all existing and new GreenSquareAccord customers regardless of tenure. You need to create a positive and professional first impression of GreenSquareAccord.

About you

You will be able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally with a wide range of people.

You will have working knowledge and understanding of Data Protection and information sharing. An understanding of equality & diversity in service delivery.

You will have the ability to write clearly and accurately to an intended audience; limiting `jargon` and ensuring this is clear; ability to write high quality letters and minutes

You will have the ability to have difficult conversations, often giving unwelcome news.

You will be highly motivated and enthusiastic.

You will need to have a positive `can do attitude`.
