Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide direct clinical care to staff, involving face-to-face and virtual work within hospital, community and primary care sites, and will be key members of our evolving integrated staff wellbeing support service which provides a blended cohesive range of staff wellbeing support, encompassing a range interventions and support services provided by Clinical Psychologists, the Occupational Health & Wellbeing service, clinical and operational service leads, Wellbeing Champions, Wellbeing Coaches, Counsellors and other providers and innovators in staff wellbeing and support.Â
As well as providing a clinical service to staff, both post holders will work with clinical and operational teams, managers and systemically across the Health Board to promote an ethos of staff wellbeing including the development of compassionate leadership principles.
Supporting service development, audit and evaluation will be further key aspects of both posts working in collaboration with a range of disciplines as will supporting the further development of the contribution of Clinical Psychology to the staff wellbeing support service.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.Â
