Job Purpose

You will be an essential member of the STS operational team to aid in the securing and delivering STS projects and operations, you will support in driving the business forward with customer focus, building external and internal relationships whilst ensuring maximum customer experience is achieved.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Responsible for the operational safety and quality of the STS operations.
  • Support the customer focus drive, to ensure maximum market share
  • Responsible for ensuring maximisation of revenue and gross margin on STS operations
  • Responsible for ensuring the accurate coordination of all aspects of the STS operations in line with company processes
  • Responsible for ensuring all enquiries are logged and followed up in a timely manner, ensuring where required an STS quote is raised, issued and followed up in consultation with the Sales team
  • Responsible for monitoring supplier invoices to ensure accuracy, gaining approval and are processed for payment within the payment terms
  • Responsible for the management of all aspects of logistics related to the STS operations
  • Responsible for providing out of hours cover on a rotational basis 24hrs a day, 365 day a year
  • Provide support to ensure regular reporting to the Operations Manager
  • Provide support to chase outstanding debt
  • Provide support for managing the base contractors including support crafts related to the STS operations

  • Focus and understanding of the importance of STS procedures

  • Willingness to learn all aspects of Marine Assurance related to STS operations
  • Team building qualities and good interpersonal skills
