There will be a range of opportunities based on your skills and our requirements; however some of the duties covered by bank staff include updating the WPAS System, inputting referrals, typing to include audio typing, filing, photocopying and answering telephones.

Essential criteria

  • Good standard of general education (GCSE Maths and English at grade C) and above or equivalent or NVQ Level 3 or equivalent knowledge and experience or willing towards
  • Knowledge of a range of administrative processes
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of staff both verbally and in writing Excellent customer service skills Flexible and adaptable to changing service demands Ability to meet deadlines Good organisational skills
  • Ability to work to established policies, service level agreements and key performance indicators Evidence of continual personal development Knowledge of secretarial role including progress chasing
  • Desirable criteria

  • IT related qualification (CLAIT plus or ECDL) L2 RSA/OCR or equivalent text or audio NVQ Customer Service L2 L2 Medical terminology Statutory and Mandatory training as per Health Board policy
