  • The College Centre for Quality Improvement (CCQI) works with mental health services to assess and improve the quality of care they provide. We work with more than 90% of mental health service providers in the UK and focus on four key areas: quality networks, accreditation, national clinical audits, and research and evaluation.This role is an exciting opportunity to work in a centre that has a world-class reputation. The successful candidate will oversee the operational delivery of our quality network for forensic mental health services. They will have experience of project management and have worked in quality assurance or improvement, audit and/or research previously. The role requires excellent organisational, report writing, interpersonal and communication skills, as well as excellent attention to detail. Responsibilities will include overseeing project plans, supervising staff, visiting forensic mental health services to assess their quality and support improvement, designing data collection tools, collecting, and analysing data, writing reports and organising events.The College values a diverse workforce and welcomes applications from all sections of the community, reflecting the population it serves.
