Main duties of the job

As a successful candidate you will have a recognised Speech and Language Therapy degree and HCPC registration. You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills (including observation, listening and empathy skills) to support the individual needs of children, and families, working together with professionals in Health and Education Services. With support, you will organise, plan and prioritise your own workload, and develop appropriate strategies for caseload management. There will be the opportunity to develop skills in the training and education of Early Years Settings and school staff, partnership working with parents and the development of therapy programmes.
