About the role
We are now recruiting for a Finance Systems and Controls Lead on a permanent basis.
You must support the development of a robust single systems environment and single set of key controls across the finance team for the Group
You must support the finance `Heads Of` in systematising processes within their teams, documenting them consistently, testing them regularly and reviewing exceptions before making improvements
You must ensure that finance is promoted as a business partner across the Group, delivering evidence based advice to the business allowing all layers of management to make informed decisions.
About you
You must have a recognised accountancy qualification (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)
You must be able to adjust to new business environments, be a fast learner and work with a broad range of staff in a wide-ranging business and culture.
You must be innovative and creative. Committed to process improvement, continually analysing processes, and driving change where required.
You must have experience of working at a management level.
You must have experience of working with senior managers on financial and operational strategy.
You must be a good team worker with strong interpersonal skills. Able to strengthen relationships with other teams and negotiate and influence.
You must be customer focused, commercially aware with clear understanding of the `internal customer`.
