If you answered YES to these questions, then this could be the move for you. We have a great opportunity for you to join our Field Services Team as an Administrator. You will be required to prepare data for billing and invoices, review budgets, keep track of our service level agreements and ensure we are working within set timescales whilst upscaling and informing managers when issues arise. You will have excellent customer service skills and be a great communicator both over the phone and in written correspondence. The type of candidate we are looking for will have good time management skills and be able to prioritise their workload to achieve daily tasks.
