Main duties of the job

Working as part of a team the post holder will be required to provide an efficient and effective secretarial service to the team, supporting the delivery of a high quality service to patients and staff.

Applicants must be extremely flexible to meet the needs of the service, have a pleasant personality and a positive approach to their work. Applicants must also have a good standard of education, be adaptable and have good organisational skills.

Sufficient medical secretarial experience and knowledge of the Patient Administration System (WPAS) is essential. The ability to speak Welsh would also be desirable.
