An exciting opportunity has arisen, for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Sexual Heath team in the Royal Alexandra Hospital, as a Receptionist/ Clerical Officer

You will be the first point of contact for patients on our appointments line and in our clinics. Therefore we are looking for an individual with excellent communications skills and the ability to deal with highly confidential patient information.

Our Receptionist/ Clerical Officer will be required to provide an efficient administration service to the Sexual Health team using an advanced level of organisational skills.

The successful applicant will be able to communicate in Welsh and English and have experience of working in a customer service environment.

Working days for this post are as follows,

  • Tuesday 08.30am 5.00pm
  • Thursday 09.00am 4:30pm
  • Friday 08.30am 1.00pm
