About the role

We are now recruiting for a Sales and Disposals Coordinator on a full time, fixed term contract.

You will be responsibility for the processing of Disposal property sales from inception to legal completion.

You will be assisting with applications for small land purchases, processing in accordance with the agreed Land Disposal Procedure.

You will be responsible for administering the legal process around land and property agreements including deed of releases, easements, deed of rectification and certificates of compliance.

About you

You must have experience in sale of property and land transactions.

You must have experience of front-line customer handling – the ability to interact

effectively with customers on face to face, phone, email and video call basis. The confidence to have difficult conversations when required and manage expectations in a fair and balanced way.

You must have the ability to take on a broad spectrum of tasks and use logic and experience from all areas to assist in problem solving

You must be creative and able to draw logical consensus.
