In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the staff and operations of the Campus Registry and for ensuring the effective and efficient delivery to students and to academic staff of the course administration function on the campus. This will involve participating in the recruitment and training of staff and providing oversight of all relevant processes and policies. You will also be responsible for ensuring high and consistent levels of service provision and will be at the heart of the entire students’ learning journey.

In order to be considered for this role, you will need to have significant experience in a similar role within a registry team in Higher Education, with knowledge and experience of requirements for international students. You will have experience of line management and/or supervising staff. The role requires experience in both participating in and servicing committees or meetings, interpreting and implementing organisational regulations, policies and procedures and knowledge of MS Office.
