• Working with the eCommerce Manager to help maximise revenue by looking at all aspects of the customer journey.  Ensuring it is easy to find products, easy to buy related products and simple to sign up for enewsletters.
  • Responsible for adding new products images, descriptions and product information on to the LTM web shop as directed by the eCommerce Manager.
  • Responsible for keeping the online shop fresh, up to date and visually appealing by designing promotional website banners.
  • Working with third party eCommerce agency to ensure each page is SEO-friendly and optimised.
  • Working with third party suppliers to ensure customer orders are being dispatched on time.
  • Regularly check the web shop to ensure the site has no errors and reflects the latest product collections.
  • Creation, management and distribution of the weekly retail email marketing enewsletters.
  • Collating sales performance data for the Head of Retail to make informed decisions.
  • Managing the LTM Shop social media accounts including Twitter and Facebook.
  • Management of image library and the main point of contact for marketing and PR product image requests.
  • Assist with product cataloguing and photo shoots for website with Off Site Sales Manager at LTM’s Acton Depot.
  • Support eCommerce development projects as instructed by the eCommerce Manager.
  • Cover eCommerce customer service assistant duties when required, especially during peak trading period such as Christmas.
  • Contribute to stock take and off-site sales activities when required.

Your experience and skills

  • Knowledge of ecommerce in the retail sector.
  • Technical knowledge of web tools and processes (Adobe Commence and Emarsys preferable)
  • Understanding of high street and cultural retail market
  • Understanding of EPOS systems.
  • Sound SEO knowledge.
  • Knowledge of increasing sales and profit.
  • Awareness of GDPR and relevant data protection legislation.
  • Awareness of PCI-DSS, dealing with sensitive data.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excel skills.
  • Excellent creativity and writing skills.
  • Organised, methodical with good attention to detail.
  • Excellent collaborative skills and the ability to contribute to creating a productive working environment.
  • Proactive, self-motivated and experienced in managing multiple priorities
  • Calm under pressure and able to organise and prioritise workload
