Main duties of the job

The TTP Programme is defined nationally and the Health Board is responsible for leading the delivery of the service across North Wales and working with our other partners. This is a significant service in response to managing Covid-19 and is expected to be a requirement for some time.

The Health Board has a results process which consists of informing individuals of their results where the text message has failed, investigates missing results and responds to queries relating to the outcome of tests. The Referral and Results Hub Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and management of a team of administrators.

Due to the nature of this work, there is a requirement for the post holder to work flexibly, to cover a 7-day a week rota. Occasional out of hours work may be required during times of high demand.

Due to Covid19 guidelines, there is no specific base for this role as it is predominately homebased working and so a good internet connection is required.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Important information:  Please note this position is for a Permanent Contract with BCUHB. You will remain on a B6 grade for the duration of the Antigen Service. At the point the Antigen Service is no longer required, the Organisational Change Process will be followed to support you into a suitable position (guaranteed B3) within the organisation.
