Admin Support (EU Returns)

Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire or Biggleswade, Bedfordshire

Salary: Up to £23,000 per annum

Our client is a market leader in design, sourcing, distribution, and promotion, specialising in apparel, footwear, and accessories – they are now looking to employ an Admin Support to join their busy Stock Control team on a permanent basis.

The Admin Support’s main responsibilities will be to process stock returned into the Company’s EU partners’ warehouses. Processing stock returns by liaising with our customer and finance teams, while cross referencing expected quantities against EU stock holding. This role will also support in monitoring stock holding across our EU network.

Your responsibilities as an Admin Support (EU Returns):

  • Responsible for effectively and accurately managing all returns into the EU network.
  • Supporting in recording, investigating, and resolving Customer claims.
  • Ensure that our systemic processes are followed so that our physical stock holding is reflected accurately on our system
  • Work with all operational teams to investigate all stock returns/losses
  • Support stock control admin when EU workload is low.
