Main duties of the job

The Posture & Mobility Service is looking for an individual to join the Admin team to provide a reception and administrative duties.

We are seeking a highly motivated and committed team member with attention to detail and strong communication skills to join our department. It is essential that you are able to demonstrate tact and sensitivity, interpersonal and organisational skills. You will also need to have good IT skills and have previous experience in a role involving patient or customer contact.

Flexibility, team working and wiliness to help others are a requirement for this post and you will need to be able to use your own initiative to ensure your work is processed and prioritised efficiently.

You will be working as part of an administration team, where typical duties include general office duties such as responding to emails and telephone enquiries, typing and maintaining records and liaising with other Teams within the department and external agencies.

The ability to speak Welsh is essential for this role.

Qualifications and Knowledge

  • Welsh speaker minimum of level 3
  • GCSE maths & English
  • RSA Stage II or equivalent experience

  • ECDL
  • NVQ level 2 Business admin/Customer service

  • Previous experience in an administrative role involving patient contact or external customer contact
