Main duties of the job

We are looking for colleagues with various levels of admin and reception experience who have with good interpersonal and organisational skills and who will be able to work well within our existing teams.

You will need to have a flexible approach to work, be reliable, adaptable and have good organisational skills. A pleasant telephone manner and good communication skills are essential. You will also be computer literate with experience of Word and Excel, be a team player and able to maintain confidentiality.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

  • Appropriate qualification for clerical grade.
  • Knowledge of Excel, Oracle, EPOC, WPAS and word packages.
