Salary – £56,000 – £62,000 (10% capped at £6000) per annum – depending on skills and experience

About the role

We are now recruiting for a Senior Site Manager, on a permanent basis.

You will be part of GS Construction`s contract delivery team responsible for delivery of construction projects. You will be responsible for the day to day management of a site within GreenSquare Construction`s construction programme and at times manage other site / assistant site managers .

You will be responsible for day to day decision making on site with reference to the Contracts Manager when required. You will have considerable operational impact and work directly with the technical and commercial team .

About you

You must have a CSCS Card and be SMSTS qualification. You also need basic scaffolding awareness.

You need to have a construction background in the housing industry as well as 5 years` experience on a construction site.

You need to be able to effectively manage a budget and have experience of effectively managing projects.

You need to have strong people management and leadership including coaching and mentoring skills.

You need to have experience of low-rise housing construction utilising traditional and MMC techniques.
