The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Practice Manager to join our amazing team here at Mount Road Vets!

This position would be perfect for a candidate who has experience in a management position, and who is dedicated to putting pet care at the heart of everything they do. The role would include working with the Clinical Director to provide leadership and support for the practice team, taking the lead to advance the practice, achieving the best outcomes for Mount Road Vets, our clients and their pets.

Salary of up to £30,000 depending on experience.

Mount Road Vets is located in Gorton, to the southeast of Manchester city centre and has the reputation of being a small but busy and friendly practice that has served the community of Gorton for many years, accruing many longstanding and loyal clients.

About the Team and Culture

We are a small and friendly team that like to support each other in our roles to ensure everyone’s day runs as smoothly as possible. Our new Practice Manager will be there to ensure they can motivate and inspire the team to continue to be great.

Applicant Requirements 

The candidate will preferably have worked in a managerial or supervisory role previously. A qualification relating to business management will be advantageous but not essential. Skills in people management, customer and client care, payroll, HR and managing P&Ls would also be beneficial.

We are looking for a positive, motivated person with a can-do attitude. Someone who is computer literate and likes to problem-solve
