A new opportunity has arisen for a Band 5 Nurse or Paramedic to join our Responsive Services team based in Worthing.

We are a friendly multi-disciplinary team providing nursing support across Admission Avoidance and Supported Discharge pathways for the local population.

We have recently implemented a 2- hour Urgent Community Response model to further prevent admissions, supporting patients to continue living independently in their own homes.

The service operates 0800-2000 with flexible shift patterns spread across 7 days. You need to be a car driver and have access to your own vehicle with business insurance.

    We would like an autonomous, enthusiastic Nurse or Paramedic with the ability to demonstrate a range of core assessment skills and understanding how to apply them practically in the community setting.

    A strong candidate will have a positive attitude with an eagerness to learn and develop their skills within our service under the guidance of our Senior Nurses, Clinical Leads and Advanced Clinical Practitioners.
