About the role

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Negotiator on a full time permanent basis.

This Role covers any shared ownership sales and related administration for the department. It is crucial in achieving the development targets and reporting.

Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, the role will involve selling a range of new and second-hand homes, within the rules of the Capital Funding Guide established by Homes England and therefore operating in a professional and auditable manner.

You will market and manage the sale of existing shared ownership units on behalf of GreenSquare customers and prepare new Shared ownership developments for sale.

You will provide the highest standard of customer service, average 95% satisfaction and assist will all sales department functions as required.

About you

It is essential that you have experience of following and adhering to sales process policies and have an understanding of legislation and best practice for the property sales industry.

You will be focused on finding solutions and continual improvements and be able to use your own initiative and be proactive.

You must have an awareness about the demands of the group and the ability to foresee and solve issues or report to the relevant person.

The requirement to travel across all GreenSquareAccord Limited sites as required and to work flexibly is essential. You must also hold a full driving licence and have use of a private vehicle.

You will be required to work some weekends to answer sales queries or attend sales events when required.
