Main duties of the job

A vacancy has arisen for a part-time Clerical Support Officer Catering based at Glan Clwyd Hospital. Hours of work between 3pm to 6pm Monday to Friday, maybe required to cover weekends to meet service need. The person will be responsible for general administration, receiving phone calls and liaising with main kitchen & admin support for Catering. This includes placing and receipting of orders, menu collation, distribute patient provisions as and when required.

The use of computers and good communication skills are required to enable this small team to effectively undertake the tasks within the Job description.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
