About the role

We are now recruiting for a HR Advisor on a part time, permanent basis.

Working alongside the People team, you will be responsible for coaching, supporting and guiding managers through all aspects of employee relations.

With a positive attitude and a great `can do` approach, and experience of working in a fast paced and busy environment, your practical ER experience will help ensure that you deliver a first-class service which is business and solution focussed and drives forward a strong culture of engagement.

You will need to hit the ground running and must be confident in managing a varied and complex caseload, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, and sickness management cases.

You will be expected to travel to our care and support sites.

About you

It is essential that you are Level 3 CIPD or have equivalent working experience.

You will need to have proven up to date knowledge of case law, employment law & best practice, experience in a generalist HR role. You must be independent and able to manageend to end high-volume casework.

You must have excellent interpersonal skills to be able to build effective stakeholder relationships. You will need to be able to collect and interpret data and information and translate to a useable format (both written and numerical) to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for development.

You must be able to deliver right first time, and on time quality service to customers with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

You will need to have good interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to challenge when appropriate, establish trust, credibility, and build rapport at all levels.
