  • Oversee the successful delivery of the Connections Planning Annual Guidelines and monitoring local market adoption as part of the end-to-end planning process.
  • Guide the strategic media direction to align to category/brand future vision and annual objectives; ensure high-quality of work.
  • Lead and support the agencies global team to cultivate a positive environment of evolved thinking, collaborative working, workplace (in-person or virtual) happiness and career development.
  • Line management of your Category strategy team. Lead via coaching to develop individuals and their careers and ensure best practice is delivered across their work.

  • You are a strategic planner with a track record of developing insight driven, data fuelled communication solutions, someone who is prepared to ‘lean in’ and drive transformation for a client that has embraced change with a proven expertise in media planning spanning on and offline.
  • You can lead, inspire, motivate, and guide a team and have an innate ability to identify and interpret actionable insights using data.
  • You are passionate about brilliant client service and have fostered this within a team to ensure smooth delivery across complex businesses.
