Main duties of the job
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the North Wales Diagnostics and Specialist Clinical support Services Division as General Manager and Business lead. You will be an individual with an excellent track-record in operational management, combined with the commitment and leadership skills to support delivery of an ambitious and exciting vision for our services.
The Diagnostics and Specialist Clinical support Services Division is mainly based across the three main acute hospital sites in North Wales. You will work collaboratively across individual services and with our partners to provide excellence in operational delivery and improvement for Diagnostics and Specialist Clinical support Services along with strategic leadership.
The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, a commitment to patient care and performance delivery along with robust financial and workforce management experience. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking at furthering their operational and strategic experience. You will be highly collaborative, systematic and rigorous in your approach, with a high level of emotional intelligence.Â
