We have a current opportunity for Production support in Events on a contract basis. The position will be based in London, hybrid working.

Experience needed:

  • Understands the process of virtual conferences and how to manage attendees and onsite conferences.
  • Can liaise with both marketing and sales teams for support.
  • Is open to technology and can pick things up quickly.
  • Can take processes on only be told once and crack on.
  • Putting out fire’s kind of working experience as things can change constantly.

  • Day to day what you will be doing;

  • General administration
  • A lot of getting familiar with the filing system
  • Updating documents
  • Liaising with different companies to ensure name badges and other essential items are prepared prior to the event
  • Managing parts of the Events inbox
  • General CRM over-site and assistance.
  • And can be proactive and get on it
  • Assist with the Event schedule and make sure the event runs successfully on the day
  • Helping ensure all attendees are ready and aware of event details.
  • Anything else that needs support, you can help with

  • This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with this technical ability to help support and manage various things at once on the events side.

  • Core working hours (9-5)
  • Must be free for the whole contract (so far 10 weeks)
