Cennox are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our busy fast-paced team at our Head Office in Camberley. Having had previous experience in a warehouse supervisory role you will be familiar with all functions of running a warehouse, implementing procedures, and managing staff. The primary focus of this position is to oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations as well as strategically managing the warehouse to ensure its compliance with company’s policies and vision.

You will be responsible for initiating, coordinating, and enforcing optimal operational policies and procedures, managing stock control including reconciling with data storage systems, liaising with clients, suppliers and transport, and supporting the Manager with planning and preparations of workloads and projects. We require someone who will be responsible for organising rotas, staff levels including monitoring holiday and sick leave, as well as identifying and conducting training, appraisals and assisting in recruitment of new hires. The right candidate will be responsible for all warehouse machine intake and ensure bookings are managed accordingly and effectively within required timescales. For this role you will need to produce reports and statistics, adhere to all warehousing legislation, and maintain health and safety standards.

The right candidate will have worked previously as a Warehouse Supervisor. Have knowledge of warehouse management and a proven ability to implement processes and improve initiatives. You will need leadership skills, be able to manage staff, have good problem solving skills and be analytical. We are looking for someone who has excellent written and verbal communication, is organised and has a positive mentality.
