The Role
We are looking for a dedicated, hard-working individual to supervise and work alongside the team responsible for cleaning and maintaining the new Warrington Permanent Market and specifically ensuring its food court is kept clean, tidy and appealing as any other restaurant facility in the town or elsewhere.
The successful individual must be willing to work shifts over a 7 day working week and be responsible for locking and unlocking the market early morning and at night.
The market food court will be the key to the new market’s success and its smooth running from an operational point of view is essential. The successful individual will be responsible for creating operating procedures, ensuring staff are fully trained in them and monitoring and modifying processes and procedures as they and senior management see fit based on observation and customer/trader feedback.
You will need a proven track record in successfully supervising staff, show that you are to work unsupervised and adapt on the job and have a degree of computer literacy.
The ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
