South-West Middlesex Crematorium provides an exceptionally high standard of service to the community and has undergone a period of transformation.

Are you a highly driven, determined individual wanting to make a difference? An exciting opportunity has arisen at the Crematorium in Hanworth for an Administration Officer. South-West Middlesex Crematorium operates a busy office and serves a very wide community. We believe it is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate, as this is a complex and ever-evolving service. You will need to be able to prioritise your workload and support others in the team, where appropriate.

We are looking for someone who thrives on being active, using your excellent organisational skills to deal with competing priorities to ensure you know the status of your work at any given time. This post is critical to maintain the smooth running of administration procedures at the Crematorium. You will also be providing assistance to the Officer Manager as required. We are looking for someone who can think on their feet and find solutions to problems that may arise. You will need good IT skills and great attention to detail, along with the ability to meet tight deadlines. You will be working with a variety of databases and computer systems, for which full training will be given.

You will be given regular supervision, support, and training to develop within the role. The post holder will need to be flexible and innovative, bringing a range of skills and experience to help support the Crematorium service and the fluidity to our organisation.
