Team Secretary – Tim Dyffryn Clwyd

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated person who will provide secretarial support within the Tim Dyffryn Clwyd Community Mental Health Team

The successful candidate will have a good standard of education, excellent communication skills, be able to work on their own initiative and be efficient and organised with their own workload. The candidate should also have excellent keyboard skills and experience of Microsoft Office Package. The post holder will be expected to undertake a variety of duties within the role.

A good telephone manner is essential. The post holder will be required to demonstrate a professional and sensitive manner and maintain confidentiality at all times.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Qualifications and / or Knowledge

Essential criteria

  • Good standard of Education including English and Maths
  • RSA/OCR stage 2 or equivalent qualification/experience
  • ECDL/Clait Plus or IT qualification
  • NVQ Business Administration L3 or equivalent knowledge & experience, or willing to work towards
  • Evidence of Continuous Personal Development
