Goods in Administrator – Poole Dorset

Full Time Temp assignment: 37.5 hours per week.

Ongoing requirement – 3 month initially (with possibility of extension)

Pay: £11 per Hour

    Main role responsibilities include:

  • Unpacks incoming goods according to respective instructions.
  • Completes packaging activities of deliveries following shipping instructions, types of packaging and other instructions (e.g. Dangerous Goods) in the given framework.
  • Completes transportation’s of goods inside and if applicable outside the premises with professional usage of appropriate means of transportation.
  • Stores good following the store instructions.
  • Contributes to the regular stock maintenance and inventory in the storage area.
  • Assembles deliveries out of given storage compartments and review for completeness and accuracy (e.g. quantity and article number in reference to the respective delivery note
  • Receive parcels in the morning and processing PO’s / delivery notes into SAP in the afternoon
  • Receive pallets and book the same way before they go into the cell
  • Interim packing in between processing / administration
  • Skills/ Experience:

  • Computer literate (essential)
  • Trusted to work independently
  • Self-motivated
  • Good communication
  • Logistics / Warehouse background (desirable)
