About the role
We have an opening for a window cleaner based out of our Wednesbury depot. The successful applicant would be responsible for providing a high quality window cleaning service across GreenSquareAccord properties in the region.
Some of your duties will include:
As a window cleaner, you will have close liaison with residents, contractors and external agencies; also, you will have the opportunity to work alongside colleagues from other teams (including Housing, Contact Centre, Asset Management and Commercial) to ensure services are delivered efficiently and high levels of customer satisfaction are achieved.

About you
With maintaining important links between residents, customers and GreenSquareAccord, you must have excellent communication skills and are customer focussed.
It is essential that you have a valid UK Driver`s license, are able to work well along and as part of a team.
Previous window cleaning experience would be desirable for this role.
