About the role

We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Partner to join our People Team on a full time permanent basis.

The purpose of the role is to manage GreenSquareAccord`s full-cycle recruiting processes, to deliver a professional recruitment service to internal and external candidates, whilst maintaining and developing the brand and reputation of the organisation, in line with the desired culture and values.

Responsibilities include identifying current and future hiring needs, by collaborating with internal stakeholders to support the attraction and talent acquisition across the Group.

You will undertake active resource searches and headhunting activities using the best media for advertising vacancies externally e.g. job boards, applicant tracking systems, Linked In, Facebook, Twitter etc. and assist Recruiting Managers with the offer process as appropriate, including assessing the appropriate salary, negotiating terms and conditions of employment with candidates and providing briefings about role responsibilities, career opportunities and the reward and benefits package.

Ultimately, you will play a vital role to help build a strong employer brand and ensure GreenSquareAccord provide an excellent and positive candidate experience.

About you

Within this role, it is essential that you have strong experience in full cycle recruiting, sourcing and employer branding and sound knowledge and experience of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and People Management Systems.

You will be confident in using marketing tools such as LinkedIn and Social Media to maximise employer brand and have a strong understanding of selection and attraction methods and techniques.

It is beneficial if you have previous experience with recruiting in specialised areas, as well as generalist recruitment.

You must have a high attention to detail and accuracy and hold good organisational, time management and prioritisation skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
