This is a key post within the County Council’s Property Team directly responsible for the delivery of the Corporate Landlord function (circa £10m) and supporting the delivery of the Capital Programme (approx. £100m)

The role of Monitoring Assistant is varied and the right candidate must possess strong attention to detail to achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing tasks. You will be responsible for monitoring performance using financial information derived from the Property Database (Concerto) and the County Council’s corporate financial system; it is essential that candidates have the experience and technical ability of using and understanding such systems. 

 We are looking for someone who will be flexible in their approach with the ability to plan and prioritise their own workload working independently or as part of the team. Ideally they should be tactful diplomatic and assertive when dealing with challenging situations.
