What is the day-to-day of the role:

  • Sourcing, briefing and building lasting relationships with candidates
  • Using LinkedIn, job boards and networking to connect with candidates and clients
  • Phoning clients ! You must enjoy speaking to people
  • Setting up interviews
  • Tracking and logging your progress
  • Writing and posting great adverts
  • Getting to know clients and taking job briefs
  • Playing match-maker, constantly analysing data and your connections
  • Identifying targets and following sales plans to build relationships
  • This is a busy but social job, definitely a fast paced and varied role
  • Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Sales experience: could be retail, door to door, cars, beauty-we do not mind!
  • You have to enjoy speaking to people and building relationships with others-good communication is key
  • This role requires first class organisational skills
  • Great prioritisation is the only way to succeed in recruitment
  • Some resilience is needed, things do not always go your way in this job
  • Positive mindset and attitude is essential, you must be able to see the opportunity in everything
