We are seeking a Clinical Support Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis! The Clinical Support Administrator provides administrative support and coordination activities for a team of people and therefore administrative/customer service skills and great attention to detail is required for this role.

What you’ll be doing:

Working under the management and direction of the Team Leader and QLS Team Manager (QLSTM) the Clinical Support Administrator plays a key role within the Business by proactive queue management ensuring QLS Disability Assessors have the correct workloads and work types. Where required the Clinical Support Administrator will provide administrative support to the connecting departments including Escalations and Clinical Governance Teams. In addition to the administrative duties the Clinical Support Administrator is also expected to support with call handling.

  • Previous experience within an administrate or customer facing type role 
  • Call handling experience
  • Strong team player, who is always willing to support their colleagues
  • Comfortable adapting to changes to deadlines and priorities on a regular basis
  • Ability to manage and prioritise their own workload to ensure that all deadlines are met
  • Has excellent time management skills, being able to effectively manage a range of activities at once
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Works under broad direction and is fully accountable for own work

    We are Capita, an independent company working with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) to carry out Personal Independence Payment (PIP) assessments across England and Wales.

    Our role is to understand how your long-term health condition or disability affects your daily life to help the DWP to assess your PIP claim fairly and accurately. The DWP will look at the assessment report, your ‘How your disability affects you’ form and any other evidence you have provided to make a decision on your PIP claim.
