The Role
Here at Swayne and Partners, we are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join our team. The successful applicant will be taking part in both consulting and theatre rotas in this busy small animal practice. We encourage case continuity and you will have the opportunity to work and follow up on your own cases.
The working hours can be flexible for the right candidate. Full time is Monday to Friday working between the hours of 8:30am-7:00pm. In addition to this, the candidate will be working 1:3 Saturday mornings as well as a share in the weekend day shift rota at our central branch providing our emergency service.
The salary is up to £45,000 depending on experience.
About Us
Positioned within the market town of Haverhill and within an easy commute to Cambridge, Swayne and Partners is a well-established, busy small animal practice. With four consultation rooms, two theatres, and large separate dog, cat, and isolation wards, we are able to provide the highest standard of care to our patients. We have digital x-ray, endoscopy, and ultrasound all on-site and CT is also available at our central branch where we also run our 24-hour emergency service. We have multiple certificate holders in the practice so there is a wealth of knowledge and experience to work alongside/learn from. We pride ourselves on providing excellent, personal, patient, and client care and are looking for someone to join the team who can deliver this level of excellence.
The Haverhill surgery has 4 FTE Veterinary Surgeons and an experienced Nursing and Support team.
