We are looking for an experienced Change Project Manager to manage and control changes to business processes, systems, organisational structure and technology in order to increase business efficiency and service delivery. You will be consulting with stakeholders across all levels, both customer facing and internally, and will play a key role to ensure staff members embrace change.

The right candidate will have experience in preparing forecasts and have the ability to liaise with staff, management, and the project team to maximise employee adoption. As an accomplished Change Project Manager, you will implement new business processes.

Some of the day-to-day responsibilities will include but not be limited to collaborating with management to gather and analyse operational information, preparing change management strategies and evaluating cost structures. You will be required to identifying changes to existing contracts and manage updates where required. As a project manager you will consult with staff members creating training plans to enable smooth implementation of new strategies and assist with restructuring.

This will suit someone with excellent time management and interpersonal skills who has experience in reporting at all levels and is comfortable leading change and coaching managers.

You will hold a degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field and have a thorough knowledge of, and experience in, change management principles and methodology. A high level of business management, statistics and spreadsheet knowledge is essential for this role and you must be organised and think analytically.
