Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will work closely with Executive Medical Director and provide support for his senior management team

A key part of the role will include:

  • Providing responsive and high quality business and performance support to the Executive Medical Director, but equally support cross cover across the senior management team to ensure the office runs efficiently and effectively
  • Experience of handling and processing complex and sensitive information is essential, as is the ability to negotiate and communicate with senior management, and key stakeholders on difficult and controversial issues
  • Responsible for the provision, analysis and presentation of OMD related information, ensuring that the Health Board receives timely reports to inform effective management decisions.
