Main duties of the job

An opportunity has arisen to join the team of Health Care Support Workers on Urology Diagnostics Unit at Glan Clwyd hospital.

 The nursing team is proactive and innovative with a wealth of knowledge in this specialized field.

All staff are actively encouraged to enhance their skills and knowledge by completing urology competencies, completing mandatory and statutory training and attending other course and training relevant to vascular care.

Staff will receive induction and will have the benefit of buddy support to help become familiar with the ward and integrate into the team. Progress and feedback will be given in the form of regular Personal development reviews. This is an exciting and fascinating opportunity for professional development and expertise in the field.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
