The Role

will be working within the Household support Fund Team who are providing a high level of customer service and compassion to the residents of Cumbria who find themselves struggling with the Cost of Living. This role is fast paced sees high volume of requests and can be challenging therefore excellent customer service skills and a flexible approach is required.

We are able to accommodate both in person and virtual interviews. If virtual your interview will preferably be undertaken using the Microsoft Teams software which is currently free for new users however if there are any issues with accessing this technology we are happy to discuss alternative arrangements prior to the interviews.
